Hearing from the Principals: An insight into the real world challenges and priorities for schools in 2024

Is your research practice informed? The School Physical Activity SIG is working closely with school leaders to understand the current challenges and priorities.

To highlight this, the School PA SIG asked school Principals and school leaders about current priorities and challenges and where physical activity does and could play a role in their school. In the video below, you’ll hear from Jade Erickson (Foundation Teacher, Holy Trinity, Year 6); Megan Bertenshaw (Assistant Principal St Columbus Catholic School, Secondary); Brian Cleary (Assistant Principal Templestowe Park Primary School); Gina Murphy (Acting Principal, Sacred Heart Primary, Diamond Creek Victoria); and Sarah Stewart (Head teacher PDHPE, Riverstone High School, Nirimba Collegiate). Tune in to hear these School leaders from around Australia discuss their current priorities and thoughts on physical activity.
