Speaker bios:

Aaron Alsop: Lead - High Performance, Organisation of Sport Federation of Oceania

In addition to his current role Aaron has had coaching roles such as Volleyball Director of Coaching, Head Coach and Technical Consultant in both disciplines, indoor and beach volleyball across 5 Pacific countries which included campaigns for Olympic Qualifiers, Commonwealth Games, Pacific Games, and Oceania Championships. Aaron has also worked as Executive Director High Performance at Solomon Islands National Institute of Sport.

Dave Wright: High Performance Consultant, Oceania Football Confederation.

Co-founder of the Player Development Project Dave has coached across several football contexts including elite club academies, schools, and state football organisations. As a Director of Coaching and Head Coach Dave understands how to help players, coaches and teams realise potential whilst enjoying positive experiences in Football.
